![]() ![]() The Scheduler / Planner will monitor and document the construction progress, create cost and resource-loaded schedules, analyze impacts, and generate corrective actions to mitigate/avoid overruns, and must be able to customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements, provide clear and concise analysis, including project indicators on a regular basis. The Scheduler / Planner must understand and apply terminology, concepts, and develop relationships with all stakeholders to include owners, Architectural Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. The Scheduler / Planner reports directly to the Assistant VP Scheduling and will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for large or complex projects, inclusive of design, procurement, construction, close-out, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
